AWS Launches Global Generative AI Partner Alliance

AWS Launches Global Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance

AWS has taken a major step to expand its Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) with the launch of the Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance. This global network, announced today, will help AWS connect customers worldwide with experts in generative AI, enabling them to build and deploy AI solutions more effectively. With the alliance, AWS aims to boost adoption of generative AI in industries by teaming up with experienced partners, ensuring companies have the right support to bring AI projects to life.

The Generative AI Innovation Center, launched in June 2023, has already helped numerous companies, including major names like DoorDash, Nasdaq, and the PGA TOUR, achieve their AI goals. More than 50% of the AI proof-of-concept solutions developed through GenAIIC are now live in production. By joining forces with strategic partners, AWS plans to extend this success even further.

Expanding Access Through Global Partnerships

The new alliance will initially launch with nine partners, each bringing regional expertise and experience in various industries. These partners include well-known names like Booz Allen Hamilton, Crayon, Escala24x7, Megazone Cloud, NCS Group, Caylent, Deloitte, and Rackspace Technology. Together, these firms will support AWS’s mission by offering consulting, integration, and development services tailored to help businesses succeed with generative AI.

Sri Elaprolu, the global head of the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, emphasized the alliance’s customer-centric approach. “At GenAIIC, we empower customers to identify and refine AI solutions that drive real business value. Now, with a network of partners, we can help more customers harness generative AI to enhance productivity and gain a competitive edge,” he noted.

Julia Chen, AWS’s vice president of Partner Core, echoed this sentiment, adding that AWS’s tools combined with partners’ expertise will help companies worldwide access the transformative power of generative AI.

Regional Focus and Sector-Specific Expertise

Each partner brings specialized skills to meet the unique needs of different sectors and regions. Booz Allen Hamilton, for example, will focus on public sector projects in North America, helping government agencies harness AI to improve citizen services. Crayon, a European partner, will prioritize trust and compliance in highly regulated industries, addressing a critical aspect of AI adoption.

In Latin America, Escala24x7 is excited to collaborate with AWS in developing solutions that cater to the cultural and business nuances of the region. This regional focus ensures that AWS’s AI solutions are relevant and impactful, helping more companies benefit from AI’s potential in their specific contexts.

Security, Compliance, and Customization at the Core

The alliance’s approach is rooted in AWS’s commitment to building secure and scalable AI solutions. Partners will adopt AWS’s rigorous security frameworks, giving companies the assurance they need to implement AI responsibly. AWS also offers flexibility with its AI foundation models, allowing partners to customize solutions that meet specific industry and regulatory requirements.

AWS’s Generative AI Partner Innovation Alliance represents a milestone in the broader adoption of generative AI, making it more accessible to companies around the world. The initiative underscores AWS’s dedication to customer-focused solutions, empowering businesses to innovate with confidence.

Looking Forward

With its new network of global partners, AWS is set to lead the way in generative AI, opening doors for companies to integrate AI-powered solutions that drive growth and efficiency. For those interested in exploring AI opportunities with AWS, the GenAIIC and its partner network are available to guide businesses through the journey of AI innovation.
